About The Coach


With a background in the corporate sector for over 20 years working to solve issues and managing problems encountered in everyday business life such as: My desire to step out on my own, follow my dreams, and turn them into reality by starting my own company propelled me to give up the safety net provided by working for just 1 company and spread my wings.

My business grew from the desire to help individuals develop balanced work/home lives enhanced by communicating more effectively and changing habitual behaviors and thought processes, leading to creativity, flexibility, adaptability and more beneficial solutions to existing situations in their lives; (Life Coaching).

The need to develop further allowing the business sector the same level of creativity and adaptability, by altering thought processes, procedures and behaviors that had become routine arose, leading me to expand into the corporate sector, (Business Coaching).

Recognizing there were areas where my own skill levels needed improving, I studied for additional qualifications including:

With the new skills I learned that when people identify and interrupt their own behavior and thought patterns, (with a facilitator guiding them), longer lasting, more profound changes result, allowing people to achieve a more balanced life.

So here I am. Helping others achieve their own desires, enhancing their own lives, assisting them to achieve balance in their lives; (which is important to keep us healthy while enriching our souls); and at the same time living my own dream.

I enrich my soul by working towards a balance of work, (consulting with Clients, networking and administration), socializing with friends and family (visiting, phone calls, emails), exercise (yoga, swimming, weight training), study (aromatherapy, master practitioner of NLP), jewellery making, listening to live music, and being open to new experiences.
